CATHERINE MARTIN

With a long history in luxury real estate spanning more than two decades along the Riviera Nayarit coastline, Catherine Martin will serve as the Residential Sales Director for Mandarina.

After graduating with a degree in Modern Languages from King’s College London—which included a one-year exchange at University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico—Catherine began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. After several years in London specializing in foreign exchange and eBusiness sales, she moved to Puerto Vallarta full-time and commenced her career in real estate as a sales assistant to Marc Sinanian and Alexis Burwell, focusing her attention on the rapidly growing area along the north shore of Riviera Nayarit, where she became their top selling agent. In 2007, Catherine opened her own luxury real estate brokerage, Pacific Boutique Properties, with three offices along the coastline.

A move to Madrid in 2016 marked the start of Catherine’s next chapter, in which she founded Madrid Boutique Properties, a company that offered full-service, turnkey buying, renovating and selling capabilities for real estate investors. Catherine found her way back to Mexico in early 2021 with her husband and four children, welcoming the opportunity to once again call Riviera Nayarit home.

KELSEY YIM

Kelsey Yim has been an active member of the Riviera Nayarit real estate community for the past eight years, bringing her valuable market expertise to her position as Senior Residential Advisor for Mandarina.

Before moving to Mexico in 2012, Kelsey’s experience in the tourism industry led her around the world, where she guided an array of experiences, including bespoke tours through mountains, wine countries, ocean adventures and heli-skiing, among others. Prior to that, Kelsey gained more than one decade of experience working in hospitality throughout various countries, such as France, Australia, New Zealand, Spain and Canada, which has provided her with a globally influenced understanding of the luxury hospitality and travel industries.

In her first trip to Mexico in which she attended a wedding, Kelsey immediately felt akin to the local lifestyle and has remained in Mexico since due to the same reasons so many others wish to make Mexico a second home—outstanding culture, breathtaking natural beauty and a remarkable lifestyle. In her free time, Kelsey is an avid surfer and sommelier, expertly balancing her career and passions to make the most of what Mexico has to offer.

Kelsey is excited to turn her focus to Mandarina, stating “I’ve been able to connect and communicate with a diverse range of clients and it’s those connections that have greatly influenced my keen interest and desire to work in real estate, focusing on niche markets and ultra-unique developments.”

STEFANO ANTONELLI

Stefano Antonelli, originally born in beautiful Puerto Vallarta and having recently returned after studying law for five years at one of Mexico City’s best universities, brings a diverse background to his role as Residential Sales Coordinator for Mandarina.

With a diverse background that includes being immersed in real estate from an early age by both of his parents that served as active realtors for decades, Stefano presents a strong understanding of luxury real estate in Riviera Nayarit and combines his local knowledge with impressive enthusiasm to provide clients with strong guidance. Stefano’s French descent and graduation from the American School of Puerto Vallarta has led him to be trilingual in Spanish, English and French, offering strong communication skills across each language. His dedicated organizational skills will serve clients during each step of the ownership process.

Thrilled to be based in Riviera Nayarit again—which he lovingly refers to as paradise—Stefano is grateful for the opportunity to represent such a significant residential offering with One&Only Mandarina Private Homes and is passionate about sharing his hometown of Vallarta with the world.
