PARTY LIABLE FOR PERSONAL DATA.
“RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V.” (hereinafter named “RLH PROPERTIES”) with address at Av. After graduating with a degree in Modern Languages from King’s College London—which included a one-year exchange at University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico—Catherine began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. After several years in London specializing in foreign exchange and eBusiness sales, she moved to Puerto Vallarta full-time and commenced her career in real estate as a sales assistant to Marc Sinanian and Alexis Burwell, focusing her attention on the rapidly growing area along the north shore of Riviera Nayarit, where she became their top selling agent. In 2007, Catherine opened her own luxury real estate brokerage, Pacific Boutique Properties, with three offices along the coastline.
A move to Madrid in 2016 marked the start of Catherine’s next chapter, in which she founded Madrid Boutique Properties, a company that offered full-service, turnkey buying, renovating and selling capabilities for real estate investors.
